{"id":994,"date":"2026-04-22T08:31:52","date_gmt":"2026-04-22T08:31:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iscidenetimi.net\/?p=994"},"modified":"2026-04-22T14:02:10","modified_gmt":"2026-04-22T14:02:10","slug":"autogestion-obrera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iscidenetimi.net\/?p=994&lang=es","title":{"rendered":"Autogesti\u00f3n obrera"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Definici\u00f3n<\/strong><br>La autogesti\u00f3n obrera se refiere a una forma de producci\u00f3n y organizaci\u00f3n en la que la propiedad de los medios de producci\u00f3n y la gesti\u00f3n de la empresa est\u00e1n completamente en manos de los trabajadores, y las decisiones se toman de manera colectiva y democr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alcance<\/strong><br>La autogesti\u00f3n obrera no se limita a la intervenci\u00f3n en el proceso productivo, sino que abarca el funcionamiento integral de la empresa. La planificaci\u00f3n de la producci\u00f3n, las decisiones de inversi\u00f3n, la distribuci\u00f3n de los ingresos, las condiciones de trabajo y los procesos de gesti\u00f3n se basan en decisiones colectivas de los trabajadores. En este marco, los trabajadores no son solo proveedores de fuerza de trabajo, sino tambi\u00e9n sujetos que poseen y gestionan la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Distinci\u00f3n<\/strong><br>La autogesti\u00f3n obrera se diferencia de la participaci\u00f3n y del control obrero en los siguientes aspectos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La participaci\u00f3n obrera se refiere a la inclusi\u00f3n de los trabajadores en la gesti\u00f3n de la empresa en niveles limitados e institucionalizados.<br>El control obrero se refiere a la intervenci\u00f3n de los trabajadores en los procesos productivos y en las decisiones de gesti\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de distintos mecanismos.<br>La autogesti\u00f3n obrera, en cambio, va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de estas formas y expresa una situaci\u00f3n en la que la propiedad y la gesti\u00f3n est\u00e1n completamente en manos de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ejemplos hist\u00f3ricos<br><\/strong>Las experiencias de autogesti\u00f3n obrera han surgido en distintas formas en diversos per\u00edodos hist\u00f3ricos y contextos geogr\u00e1ficos. En el siglo XX, el modelo yugoslavo de autogesti\u00f3n destaca como un ejemplo institucionalizado a nivel estatal. En cambio, las experiencias de colectivizaci\u00f3n durante la Guerra Civil Espa\u00f1ola (1936\u201339), especialmente en Catalu\u00f1a, remiten a formas de autogesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s surgidas desde abajo. La experiencia de autogesti\u00f3n en la f\u00e1brica de relojes Lip en Francia en la d\u00e9cada de 1970 constituye un ejemplo importante a nivel de empresa individual. En la actualidad, el movimiento de empresas recuperadas en Argentina representa uno de los ejemplos contempor\u00e1neos m\u00e1s relevantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Evaluaci\u00f3n<\/strong><br>La autogesti\u00f3n obrera puede entenderse como una forma de producci\u00f3n y organizaci\u00f3n que va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las relaciones capitalistas de producci\u00f3n. Este modelo busca superar la separaci\u00f3n entre trabajo y capital.
